Ingredients:
1 big avocado,
2-3 green onions chopped,
mint powder (dry),
salt,
olive oil,
lemon juice.
Peel the avocado skin, remove the pit, and mash the pulp. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. The salad is ready! Easy, huh!
