I love to cook too and i have tried a few of u`r recipes.
ya i add the same spices, but u need to add them to the Besan.
First i shallow fry the okra with onions and dices tomatoes and after is cooked i add the besan with all the spices mentioned above and some garam masala mixed with it to the pan in which the okra is fried.</description>

Try Adding Besan to the recipe u mentioned above. It will no longer be kashmiri but tastes really good and crispy. It tastes like breaded Okra.</description>
