Chicken Fingers

This recipe is by Vanessa. Its a great recipe for a snack anytime.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour, in a flat bowl or deep dish
boneless chicken strips,
1 egg, in a seperate bowl
1 cup bread crumbs,
1/8 cup parmesan cheese,
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt,
pepper.

Dip the chicken strips in the flour first, then in the beaten egg, then finally in the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and seasoning mixture.

Arrange them on a baking tray and bake at 350 deg F for about 20-30 mins, or till golden color.
