Chicken Salad with corn, olives, red cabbage, and lettuce

This is a fantastic salad Ulfet made for Canaan’s tea party today. It was soooooooooo good!!!!!!

And the best part, it is super easy, if you can boil a piece of chicken, you can create a masterpiece!! Extremely healthy too! Now what more can I say?

Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

Boiled chicken breast shredded,
canned black and green olives, cut in small pieces, as much as you like,
canned sweet corn, as much as you like, washed and drained,
red cabbage cut in small pieces,
lettuce, cut in small pieces,
canned mushroom optional, (Had this salad with mushrooms at Nur’s place, another turkish friend)
lemon juice,
oil
salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, oregano

Mix all the ingredients with the seasoning and lemon juice and oil. Done!!!!!!!!! Now did I mention before, this is a easy to make, no fuss, no nonsense recipe? :)

    hey Tehs,

Nur had used canned mushrooms, but i think fresh mushrooms (sliced thin) will be good too!
